The sound crackles, skips or pauses mid sentence.Check your internet connection. The audio tracks are streamed from our servers to your computer. If you have a slow, or intermittent connection to the internet you may experience skips, pauses or crackles. 1. Check your internet connection. If you are experiencing connection problems you may have to try again when these issues have been resolved. 2. If you have a slow connection (such as dialup access), you may have to wait longer before pressing play to allow the audio tracks to download fully. You can tell when a track is fully loaded when the thin blue bar to the left of the audio controls has changed to a dark blue. As the audio tracks load, this bar should gradually change from a light blue to a dark blue. Once the bars have completely filled, try pressing play again. |
